Location: Uptown Campus
Cudd Hall, Lobby
Dear Students, Faculty, and Staff,
Thank you for participating in this year's Posse Plus Retreat. Hope, Hate, and Race in the United States was a powerful discussion that serves as one shared moment in many lives focused on social justice and equity. We would like to continue the conversation and debrief our experiences around the retreat and our initial return to campus. This conversation will focus on racial battle fatigue and the cognitive dissonance that arises when we move from one space focused on addressing racial inequity to another which is often blind to it.
